SAME DAY ORDERS

Custom Cakes and Treats are a luxury art-master piece. These items require sufficient time and precision to complete. There are absolutely no same day orders.

 

 

RUSH ORDERS

Any orders made within an 7 days time frame will result in a rush fee of $35. This fee is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Please contact me first to confirm my availability before placing the order. Sometimes, I may be available within the standard time frame, the best thing to do would be to contact me first.

CUSTOM CAKE ORDERS

Custom cake orders should be submitted directly on the request form. The request form IS located at the very bottom of the homepage. Please include in the text box section the Date of Service, Number of Feedings, & briefly describe the flavor & any important information. Please allow me to respond within 24-48 hours.

If you are interested in our  Custom Cake &/OR Treat Packages, Please submit your request between one month & two weeks prior. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upfront upon booking if it's at least one month in advance. Anything after 1 MONTH will require full payment during booking.

INVOICES

All invoices are sent once I have confirmed your order. Any unpaid invoices will cancel after 24 hours. ORDERS UNDER 200 MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF ORDER.

 

 

REFUNDS

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the amount paid unless there is an issue that falls on Sweet Tooth Creations, LLC.  It will be up to my discretion to decide if a refund should take place.

PICK UP

You must pick up your order at the time agreed upon. There is a 30 minute grace period. If order is not picked up on time, your order may be delayed or canceled.

DELIVERY

All deliveries are $15 within a 15 mile radius OF MCDONOUGH, GA. Anything outside of the radius will result in an additional CHARGE. Please contact me directly if you are looking to have delivery made within a 7 day turn around to ensure that I will be available. Please make sure that you or the person I’m delivering to is at home at the time of drop off. Failure to do so will result in a canceled order or AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR TIME.
